PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Southland; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed, vest in
