DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore sub-
sisting between Paul Michael Hoggard and Anthony Paul
McLanachan carrying on business as motor mechanics at
329 Karori Road, Wellington, under the style of "Automat"
has been dissolved as from the 31st day of May 1975 so
far as concerns the said Anthony Paul McLanachan who

PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of
the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the
Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey
natural gas by pipeline from the existing Kapuni-Wellington
pipeline to a proposed new metering station at Moumahaki.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $20 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual Volume (including index) bound in buckram,
price on application. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
