CORRIGENDUM

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is given that the Change of Name of Company notice dated at Christchurch on the 31st day of January 1975 signed by L. A. Saunders, Deputy District Registrar, and numbered 265 in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 9, 13 February 1975, should not refer to company J. F. Cornelius (Builders) Limited C. 1957/7 but to company J. H. Cornelius (Builders) Limited. The notice should read:

Notice is hereby given that 'Lynns Construction Limited' has changed its name to 'J. H. Cornelius (Builders) Limited', and that the name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.
