Licences Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1155 Ag. 6/2/3/1)

PURSUANT to sections 21 (6), 25 (4), and 25 (5) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar hereby gives notice that licences have been issued, renewed, or lapsed as set out in the Schedules hereto.
Those in Schedule I are subject to no conditions.
Those in Schedule II are subject to the conditions:

That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.

Those in Schedule III are renewed subject to the conditions:

That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.

The products in Schedule IV are provisional licences and are subject to the conditions shown in respect of each product.
Those in Schedule V have lapsed.
Those in Schedule VI have a change of licence conditions as shown in the Schedule.
