Industrial Relations Act 1973—Proposed Cancellation of
Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 195 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973,
it is hereby notified that the Registration of the Otago
Electrical Traders’ Industrial Union of Employers, Registered
No. 1633, situated at care of 83 Moray Place, Dunedin, will,
unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the
expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of
this notice in the Gazette.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—New Zealand Rail-
ways: New Plymouth Freight Terminal
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the New
Zealand Railways proposal to construct a freight terminal
at New Plymouth. Representations in writing on the environ-
mental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report,
will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box
12–042, Wellington North, until Friday, 18 July 1975.
Copies of the report may be obtained on application to
the General Manager, New Zealand Railways, Private Bag,
Wellington. Copies can also be seen at the New Plymouth
public library and at the public libraries of Auckland, Welling-
ton, Christchurch, Dunedin, and the libraries of the seven
university institutions.

Authority: Refuse Pulverising Stations
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the Auckland
Regional Authority’s proposal to establish refuse pulverising
stations in Saleyards Road, Otahuhu, Selwood Road, Hender-
son, and Rosedale Road, Albany. Representations in writing
on the environmental aspects of the projects, as it is explained
in the report, will be received at the office of the Com-
mission, P.O. Box 12–042, Wellington North, until Friday,
18 July 1975.
Copies of the report may be purchased from the Auckland
Regional Authority at Regional House, Hobson Street, Auck-
land, or Private Bag, Auckland. Copies can also be seen at

Revoking the Licence Authorising Scott Bros. Ltd. to Occupy
a Site for a Pontoon Jetty at Helensville, Kaipara River

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give
notice that the licence of 5 January 1973 authorising Scott
Bros. Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed
of Kaipara River at Helensville as a site for a pontoon jetty
is hereby revoked.

Revoking the Licence Authorising Trustees of the Stewart
Island Yacht Club to Occupy a Site for a Boatshed in
Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis
Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers
delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that
the licence of 9 March 1970 authorising Robert Bailey, Mer-
vyn James King, and Dennis Michael McManaway, acting as
trustees for the Stewart Island Yacht Club to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of Halfmoon Bay, Stewart
Island, as a site for a boatshed is hereby revoked.

Licensing Sunshine Bay Development Limited to Occupy a
Site for a Jetty and Boat Launching Ramp in Sunshine Bay,
Lake Wakatipu

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Sunshine Bay Development Ltd. (herein-
after called the licensee, which term shall include its succes-
sors or assigns unless the context requires a different construc-
tion) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of
Sunshine Bay, Lake Wakatipu, as shown on plans marked
M.D. 13215 and M.D. 15528 and deposited in the office of
the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a jetty and boat launching ramp as shown
on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 16 December
1968* and amended on 7 February 1972† is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 7 years from the 1st
day of December 1974.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the Licensee shall be
forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may
review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year
or any subsequent year of the said term.
