Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 35602,
to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer 636950,
and to a drainage easement in favour of the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney created
by transfer 524999, North Auckland Land Registry, for a
teacher's residence from and after the 19th day of June 1975.
