Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block II, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held by Joseph Edward Francis Comins under and
by virtue of lease S. 80396, recorded in register book, Volume
1206, folio 126, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby
taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, from
and after the 19th day of June 1975.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Oamaru

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice
dated the 27th day of February 1975, published in Gazette,
13 March 1975, No. 21, page 493, setting apart Crown land for
State housing purposes in the Borough of Oamaru, by declaring the land firstly described, being Lot 12, D.P. 10345, to be
subject to drainage easements created by grants 4B/656 and
4B/1381, Otago Land Registry.
