Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described
in the Schedule hereto being taken, together with the rights of
way created by transfer No. A009243 for State housing purposes.

All that piece of land containing 29.9221 hectares situated
partly in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District, Masterton County,
and partly in the Borough of Masterton, being part Sections
6 and 7, Manaia District. All certificate of title No. 12C/376,

Pursuant to section 59 of the Defence Act 1971, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, extensions, relinquishments, cancellations, transfers, and resignations of Officers in the New Zealand Cadet Forces:

Appointments
Sub Lieutenant Peter Stephen Glaister Robinson: with reference to the notice published in the Gazette, 23 April 1975, No. 35, page 917, for the date "3 February" substitute "3 February 1975".
Robert Anthony Young is appointed to a commission in the rank of Sub Lieutenant with effect from 12 December 1974.
Ian Stockburn Grey is appointed to a commission in the rank of Sub Lieutenant on probation for a period of 3 years with effect from 10 April 1975.
Mathew John Morton is appointed to a commission in the rank of Ensign on probation for a period of 3 years with effect from 10 April 1975.
Martin Hugh Griffiths is appointed to a commission in the rank of Sub Lieutenant on probation for a period of 3 years with effect from 15 April 1975.
