CORRIGENDUM
In the Order in Council headed "Abolition of the Waipa
Pest Destruction District" published in the Gazette, 10 April
1975, No. 32, p. 812, for "Waipa Pest Destruction District
Application Order 1975" in clause 1 (1) of the Order read
"Waipa Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1975" which
last-mentioned words appear in the Order in Council signed
by His Excellency the Governor-General.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY
PART Tangoio South Block situated in Block IV, Puketapu
Survey District: area, 1.2140 hectares, more or less (M.L.
1015).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of June 1975.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 19th day of April 1975 and
published in Gazette, 15 May 1975, No. 40, page 1081, taking
land for road in Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District, Wai-
totara County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, for
"plan M.O.W. 23308 (S.O. 28633)" read "plan M.O.W. 28308
(S.O. 28633)" which last-mentioned word, letters, and figures
appear in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency
the Governor-General and the Minister of Works and Develop-
ment.

Declaring Land in Hawke's Bay Land District, Vested in the
Hawke's Bay Education Board as a Site for a School, to
be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Hawke's Bay Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting
the same at the date hereof.
