EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Volume 66, folio 123 (Taranaki Registry), whereof
James Mackie Henderson, of Otorohanga, farmhand, and Nola
Jean Henderson, his wife, are the registered proprietors of an
estate in leasehold, and being all that parcel of land containing
164 acres and 2 roods, more or less, being Section 4, Block 3,
Totoro Survey District, having been lodged with me together
with an application 219869 for the issue of a provisional copy
in lieu thereof.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such pro-
visional certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
