Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
revoke the Motor Launch (Buffalo Beach, Whitianga) Notice
1969†.

Licensing the Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to Occupy
a Site for a Barge Landing Ramp, Wharf, and Mooring
Dolphins in Kaipara River at Helensville
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit
The Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the
Kaipara River at Helensville, as shown on plans marked
M.D. 12830 and M.D. (N) 18 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington and Auckland,
for the purpose of maintaining thereon a barge landing ramp,
wharf, and mooring dolphins as shown on the said plans,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon
and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto. The licence of 21 January 1969 is hereby
revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 8 years from the
1st day of January 1975.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may
review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year
or any subsequent year of the said term.

New Zealand Dairy Board Elections 1975—Declaration of
Results
I hereby declare the results of elections of members of the
New Zealand Dairy Board held pursuant to the Dairy Board
Act 1961 to be as follows:
EASTERN WARD
Mr Alfred Lawrence Friis, being the only candidate nominated
for the election as a member for the Eastern Ward, is hereby
declared elected.
WELLINGTON WARD
Mr Bernard Lancelot Ebbett, being the only candidate
nominated for the election as a member of the Wellington
Ward, is hereby declared elected.
NORTHERN WARD
Mr Henry Robert Harvey, being the only candidate nominated
for the election as a member of the Northern Ward, is hereby
declared elected.

Life Insurance Act 1908—Proposed Release of Deposit
ASSOCIATED Group Holdings Limited has given notice to the
Public Trustee that it has not carried on life insurance business
in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw the deposit made by it with the Public Trustee, pursuant to section 12 of the Life Insurance Act 1908.
The Public Trustee, therefore, gives notice, pursuant to section 12 (2) of the above-mentioned Act, that, being satisfied that there are no liabilities of the said company in New Zealand in respect of life insurance business, he proposes to release to the company on or after 7 July 1975, the amount deposited with him by the company.
Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the Public Trustee at the Public Trust Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before 23 June 1975.
