Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the boundaries of the City
of Manukau are hereby altered by including within the city
land reclaimed from the sea and described in the Schedule
hereto.

The Traffic (Thames Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames Borough)
   Notice No. 1, 1975.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed
   by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for
   the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.

4. The Traffic (Thames Borough) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated
   the 29th day of November 1971† and the Traffic (Thames
   Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated the 2nd day of February
   1972‡; under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regula-
   tion 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relate to
   roads situated within Thames Borough are both hereby
   revoked.

from Burke Street to the northern boundary of Thames

The Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 2, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames County)
   Notice No. 2, 1975.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that
   a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time
   during the period commencing with the 1st day of December
   in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter
   in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum
   speed limit of 30 miles an hour, fixed by the said section.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Coromandel County at Pauanui.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point where
Hikuai Settlement Road intersects the north-eastern side of
Sheppard Avenue; thence north-westerly generally along the
said roadside to a point 320 metres measured north-westerly
generally along Sheppard Avenue from Hikuai Settlement
Road; thence across Sheppard Avenue at right angles from
its north-eastern side to its north-western side; thence north-
westerly generally along the north-western side of Sheppard
Avenue to its north-western end; thence due west by a right
line to the shoreline of the Tairua Harbour; thence northerly,
easterly, and southerly generally along the shore line of the
said harbour and the Pacific Ocean to a point due east
of the eastern end of Pauanui Beach Road; thence due west
by a right line to the north-western side of the eastern end
of Pauanui Beach Road; thence westerly generally along the
said roadside to the commencing point.
