the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated
the 10th day of March 1975, and published in New Zealand
Gazette, 13 March 1975, No. 21, p. 500, to be amended by
omitting from the description of the land described therein
the words "Waitemata City" and substituting the words
"Rodney County".
