PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares both the declarations dated the 10th day of March 1975, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 1975, No. 21, p. 492, to be amended by omitting from the description of the land described therein the words "Waitemata City" and substituting the words "Rodney County".
