Defining Limits of Golden Bay Harbour

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of May
1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excell-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the
harbour of Golden Bay as being all that area of water bounded
by the line of mean high-water spring tides and having
as its seaward limit a straight line from Farewell Spit light-
house to Separation Point.

Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Auckland

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of
May 1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of
the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being
no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 386 square metres, and
being part Allotment 5, Section 30, City of Auckland, D.P.
1897. Part Proclamation 14642, North Auckland Land Registry;
as shown marked "D" on plan S.O. 50042 lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Consenting to Land being Taken for a Recreation Ground
in the City of Takapuna

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the
land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a
recreation ground.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 38 perches
situated in the City of Takapuna, and being Lot 5, D.P. 7132.
All certificate of title, Volume 679, folio 102, North Auckland
Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
directs the sale of the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and the easement described in the Second Schedule
hereto, such land and easement being no longer required
for the Government work for which they were acquired.
