IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of POMAHAKA TRANSPORT COMPANY LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gore:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 13th day of May 1975 presented to the said Court by GARDNER MOTORS LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Invercargill on the 15th day of August 1975 at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The petitioner's address for service is at the offices of Stout, Hewat, Binnie & Howarth, 30-32 Dee Street, Invercargill.

NOTE—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on or send by post, to the above-named, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice to do so must state the name, address and description of the person, or, if a firm, the name, address and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Invercargill and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 14th day of August 1975.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
Special Order

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 32, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of fourteen million six hundred and forty-six thousand dollars ($14,646,000) as a special loan to be known as Refuse Disposal Loan No. 1, 1974, $14,646,000, for the purposes of and incidental to providing metropolitan refuse disposal facilities including reimbursement of investigational and design expenditure incurred prior to loan sanction.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 21 April 1975 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 19 May 1975 having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 26 April 1975 and 10 May 1975.
