NOTICE OF ORDER TO WIND-UP SOCIETY AND CALLING MEETINGS
OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS
An order for the winding-up of the FEDERATION OF NEW
ZEALAND UNITED KINGDOM SOCIETIES INCORPOR-
ATED (having its registered office at 4 Blanch Street, Christ-
church 5) was made by the Supreme Court Christchurch on
16 May 1975. A meeting of the members of the society will
be held at Staff Training Room, Eighth Floor, Government
Life Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Monday,
16 June 1975, at 11 a.m., to be followed by the creditors
meeting.
Note: Would creditors please forward their proofs of debt
as soon as possible.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of MERINO BOUTIQUE (UPPER HUTT) LTD. (in
voluntary liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator
of Merino Boutique (Upper Hutt) Ltd., which is being wound
up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 30th day of June 1975
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company
are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title
they may have to priority under section 308 of the Com-
panies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the
case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

land 1, on Friday, 13 June 1975, at 3.15 p.m.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of COULLS SOMERVILLE WILKIE LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that an order was made by the
Supreme Court at Christchurch on the 24th day of April
1975 confirming a reduction of the share capital of Coulls
Somerville Wilkie Limited and approving a minute of reduc-
tion which was registered with the Registrar of Companies
at Christchurch on the 7th day of May 1975, such minute
of reduction being in the words following, that is to say:
"Following an order of the Supreme Court confirming the
reduction of capital involved in a special resolution of Coulls
Somerville Wilkie Ltd. to distribute its Share Premium
Account to ordinary shareholders the sum of $623,383 is
available for distribution in cash as a capital distribution
to ordinary shareholders in proportion to their holdings and
after such distribution the authorised issued and paid up
share capital of the company remains at $2,275,560."

minute book of the above-named company on the 23rd day
of May 1975, the following special resolution was passed by
the company, namely:

  1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That, David Lawrence Schnauer of Auckland, solicitor,
    be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose
    of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing
    the assets.
