Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Golden Bay County Council to control and manage the Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Logan Park High School Board of Governors Notice 1975
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Logan Park High School Board of Governors Notice 1975.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1975. -
The Logan Park High School Board of Governors, formerly known as the King Edward Technical High School Board of Governors, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member elected by the Dunedin City Council, the Port Chalmers Borough Council, and the Wai-kouaiti County Council;
(d) One member elected by the Council of Otago University, the Council of the Dunedin Teachers College, and the Council of the Otago Polytechnic;
(e) One member elected by the school committees of the following State primary schools, namely: the Dunedin North Intermediate School, the Maori Hill School, the George Street Normal School, the Pine Hill School, the North East Valley Normal School, the Opoho School, the Ravensbourne School, the Maia School, the St. Leonards School, the Sawyers Bay School, the Port Chalmers School, the Purakanui School, the Waitati School, the Warrington School, and the Seacliff School;
(f) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself if and when it thinks fit. -
The King Edward Technical High School Board of Governors (Amending) Notice 1971* is hereby revoked.

Proposed Alteration to Rotomanuka Drainage District
It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General pursuant to section 2 (1) of the Land Drainage Amendment Act 1922 praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be included in the Rotomanuka Drainage Board.
All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington, within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 425 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, as shown on D.P. 14697 in Block XV, Hamilton Survey District, and proceeding northerly along the western boundary of that part allotment, the western boundaries of parts Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, as comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1425, folio 69, Volume 1254, folio 62, and Volume 1206, folio 170, the western boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 11245, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. S. 9877, and Allotment 256, Pukekura Parish, and the western and north-western boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 11245, to the northernmost corner of that part Lot 2 in Block XI, Hamilton Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said part Lot 2 for a distance of 145 metres; thence southerly along a right line to a point on the northern boundary of Allotment 256, Pukekura Parish, 282 metres west of the north-eastern corner of that allotment and along another right line to a point on the southern boundary of the said Allotment 256, 181 metres west of the south-eastern corner of that allotment; thence south-easterly along a right line to a point on the northern boundary of part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, as comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1254, folio 62, 805 metres west of the north-eastern corner of that part allotment and another right line to a point on the southern boundary of the said part Allotment 225, 382 metres west of the south-eastern corner of that part allotment; thence southerly along a right line to a point on the southern boundary of part Allotment 225 as comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1425, folio 67, 342 metres west of the south-eastern corner of that part allotment; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of the said part Allotment 225, the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 3287, the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 3287, and the southern boundary of part Allotment 225 as shown on D.P. 14697 aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
