Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rangitikei County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei and revokes the reservation for a site for a public hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Tawa Borough Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall be held by the Tawa Borough Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other recreation reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that that portion of the said land as decided upon may be utilised by the Auckland City Council for street purposes, and further declares that the balance of the said land may be disposed of by the council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Levin Borough Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public purposes.
