PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in John William Biggar, Adam Alexander Biggar, Peter McKay Biggar, and James Francey Biggar, all of Niagara, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares.
