Revoking the Appointment of an Honorary Launch Warden

Pursuant to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950,
I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport,
in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport
hereby revoke the appointment* of

Clarence James Meade

as an honorary launch warden for purposes of the Motor
Launch Regulations 1962.

Cancellation of a Consent to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the concurrence of the licensee, hereby cancels a consent dated the 22nd day of August 1972 (New Zealand Gazette, 31 August 1972, p. 1869) authorising William Harry Paterson, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.
