CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Maori Warden under the Maori Welfare Act 1962
In the notice published in Gazette, 20 March 1975, No. 24, p. 551, for the words “George Winiata Tito Korokota-Titoki Maori Committee” read “George Winiata Tito Tangiteroria Maori Committee” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1975.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 16.8 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, and being Lot 147 of a subdivision of part Allotment 21, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 589, folio 181, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1975.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-MATAMATA COUNTY
All the land on D.P. 22363 being Part Hinuera No. 2 Block, situated in Block XI, Cambridge Survey District: area, 1.7325 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title 603/105.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1975.
