TUAPEKA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the legalisation of a road, and for the purposes
of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given
that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited
in the office of the Tuapeka County Council at Peel Street,
Lawrence, and is there open for inspection without fee by
all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected
by the execution of the said public work or by the taking
of the said land should, if they have any objections to the
execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said
land, not being objections to the amount or payment of
compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the
written objection within 40 days of the first publication of
this notice to the County Clerk, Tuapeka County Council,
Peel Street, P.O. Box 24, Lawrence; and that if any objection
is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing
of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing together 2 acres and 2.34
poles, being part Sections 178A and 188, Block II, Tuapeka
East District, and being the balance the land comprised and
described in certificate of title 1/134 (Otago Land District),
as the said piece of land is more particularly shown on S.O.
Plan 17186 and thereon coloured blue, being known as Clarks
Flat Road in the County of Tuapeka.

TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and its amendments,
and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its
amendments:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Taumarunui County Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction
of roads, and for the purpose of such work the lands described
in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice
is hereby further given that the plans of the lands required
to be taken are deposited at the public office of the said
Council situated in Manuaute Street, Taumarunui, and are
open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary
business hours. All persons affected by the taking of the
said lands, if they have any objections (which are not objections
as to the amount of payment of compensation) which
they may wish to make to the taking of the said lands,
must state their objections in writing and send the same within
40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that,
if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE DECLARING COUNTY ROADS AS LIMITED ACCESS ROADS
It is notified that the Horowhenua County Council by separate
order dated 9 April 1975, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
Kimberley Road from State Highway No. 1 to Arapaepae
Road and that part of Arapaepae Road from Kimberley
Road to Queen Street East, excluding the western side within
the Borough of Levin, as more particularly shown on Sheet 3
of Plan 50/83 held in the office of the Horowhenua County
Council, Bath Street, Levin, and there available for public
inspection, to be limited access roads.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROMOTE A PRIVATE BILL
ANGLICAN TRUST FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 1975
PUBLIC notice is hereby given by the Anglican Children's
Trust, having its office at care of St. Mary's Home, 671 Great
South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland 6, that it intends to apply
forthwith for leave to introduce a Private Bill under the short
title of "Anglican Trust for Women and Children Further
Amendment Act 1975". The objects of such Bill are as follows:
(1) To change the name of the Anglican Children's Trust
to the Anglican Trust for Women and Children.
(2) To amalgamate the Charitable Trust of St. Mary's
Homes Trust Board with the Anglican Children's
Trust.
(3) To further amend the Anglican Children's Trust Act
1962 (as amended).

Copies of the Bill may be inspected by the public without
fee during office hours at the office of the Anglican Children's
Trust, care of St. Mary's Home, 671 Great South Road,
Otahuhu, Auckland 6.

Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent
to the same address.
