Statement of Money and Securities Belonging to Trusts and Held by the Crown
PURSUANT to section 78 of the Trustee Act 1956, notice is hereby given that at the 31st day of March 1974:
(a) The money and securities specified in the statement in the Schedule hereto were held by the Crown under section 77 of that Act in respect of the matters specified in that statement;
(b) Such money had not been credited to the Consolidated Revenue Account; and
(c) Such securities were transferred to the Crown within the immediately preceding 6 years.
