A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May 1975.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1261 square metres situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, and being part Pehiawere B2 Block; as shown marked "A" on plan S.O. 49771 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of April 1975.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitotara as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May 1975.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Westmere Survey District, described as follows:

THE RIGHT HON. W. E. ROWLING PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Wellington Regional Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the date after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The areas comprising of the Cities of Wellington, Upper Hutt, Porirua, and Lower Hutt and the Boroughs
