(c) When sold to a vendor the price shall be the appropriate
price fixed by or pursuant to the appropriate price
notice current in the milk district for milk sold
to an occupier of a shop dairy for resale:
(d) When sold in any way other than one of those referred
to in the preceding provisions of this clause the
price shall be the appropriate price fixed by or
pursuant to the appropriate price notice current in
the milk district for milk sold to the occupier of
a shop dairy for resale.
5. Pursuant to section 25 (2) of the Act, the margins
or allowances fixed in the Second Schedule hereto shall be
payable by the Board for the services therein described.

   EXPLANATORY NOTE
   This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to
   indicate its general effect.
   With one alteration, this notice reproduces the provisions
   of the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1968, the
   revocation of which comes into effect on 1 May 1975. The
   alteration is a reduction from 11.53 cents per litre to 10.66
   cents per litre of the Town Milk Producer Price for the
   period from 1 May 1975 to 31 August 1975.

   The Traffic (Tauranga City) Notice No. 1, 1975
   PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of
   Transport hereby gives the following notice.
   NOTICE
3. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga City)
   Notice No. 1, 1975.
4. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed
   by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
5. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for
   the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.
6. The Traffic (Tauranga City) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated
   the 3rd day of September 1971† under section 52 of the
   Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regula-
   tions 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Tauranga
   City is hereby revoked.
