NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING OF CREDITORS
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of JAN TABAK LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of the liquidator, J. B. Midgley, Chartered Accountant, 234 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 210), Christchurch, on the 9th day of May 1975, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution.
That the books and papers of the company and the liquidator remain in the custody of the liquidator for a period of 5 years and that they be destroyed at the end of that period.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Bowe and Verhoeven Quarries Ltd. (in liquidation), which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 16th day of May 1975 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and of the Stratford Co-operative Milk Supply Association Ltd. (members' voluntary winding-up), notice is hereby given pursuant to section 269 (1) of the above Act that at an extraordinary general meeting held on 4 April 1975 the company did resolve by way of special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr Malcolm James Gibson, chartered accountant, of Stratford be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 10th day of May 1975 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributing.
