✨ Trade and Local Government Notices




Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1975.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Special Order Made by Waipukurau County Council Altering
Riding Boundaries

Pursuant to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Local Government hereby publishes the following Special Order made by the Waipukurau County Council.

SPECIAL ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, the Waipukurau County Council resolves by way of Special Order as follows:

  1. The present Porangahau, Patangata, and Waipukurau Ridings be altered to provide the necessary boundary adjustments as agreed in merger proposals (meeting 19 December 1973).
  2. The alteration made shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1975.
  3. Certified Schedule defining the new boundaries appended hereto.

PATANGATA RIDING
