Pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Taxation Regulations 1966,
the Minister of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes
of Part II of the Second Schedule of the said regulations,
the following machinery:
Plant for Servicing Oil Filled Cables.

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1975
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
- The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that
a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time
during the period commencing with the 1st day of December
in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter
each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of
thirty-miles-an-hour fixed by the said section.

Situated within Whangarei County at Whangamumu Bay:
Whangamumu Bay Road.

The Traffic (Masterton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Masterton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
- The Traffic (Masterton Borough) Notice No. 2, 1973, dated the 12th day of December 1973† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Masterton Borough is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Masterton Borough:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne): from a point 320 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from South Belt Road to the South Western boundary of Masterton Borough.
Andrews Street: from a point 100 metres measured south-westerly along the said street from Colombo Road to Millard Avenue.
Chamberlain Street: (from the south-western boundary of Masterton Borough to Upper Plain Road.
Gordon Street: from the northern boundary of Masterton Borough to a point 120 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said street from Kitchener Street.
Judds Road.
Kibblewhite Road: from the north-eastern boundary of Masterton Borough to Upper Plain Road.
Manaia-Gladstone Road.
Millard Avenue: from a point 100 metres measured south easterly generally along the said avenue from South Road to Andrews Street.
Ngaumutawa Road: from a point 320 metres north-easterly generally along the said road from Renall Street to Akura Road.
Railway Road: from the western boundary at Masterton Borough to Cornwall Street.
Solway Crescent.
South Road: from South Belt Road to the southern end of South Road.

Upper Manaia Road.
Upper Plain Road: from a point 240 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Railway Road to the north-western boundary of Masterton Borough.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Masterton Borough:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne): from a point 320 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from South Belt Road to the south-western boundary of Masterton Borough.
Judds Road: from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 400 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said State highway.
Ngaumutawa Road: from a point 320 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said road from Renall Street to a point 800 metres measured north easterly generally along the said road from Renall Street.
Solway Crescent.
South Belt Road.
Upper Manaia Road: from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 80 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from the said State highway.
Upper Plain Road: from a point 20 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from Kibblewhite Street to a point 240 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Railway Road.

NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taumarunui Borough and Taumarunui County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The Traffic (Taumarunui Borough) Notice dated the 13th day of May 1964† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated in Taumarunui County adjacent to Taumarunui Borough and within Taumarunui Borough is hereby revoked.
