Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Vested in
Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Waitotara; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in
Philip Henry Patrick Bayly, of Wanganui, farmer, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 318306, Wellington Land
Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 0.1 of a perch (2 square
metres) situated in Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District,

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto
is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of a road, which land shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu
from and after the 17th day of April 1975.
