CORRIGENDUM
In the First Schedule to the notice setting apart Maori free-hold land as a Maori reservation, published in Gazette, 20 March 1975, No. 24, p. 570, for “Matarau 14” read “Matarau L4”, which latter-mentioned description appears in the original notice signed by the Deputy Secretary for Maori and Island Affairs.

In the First Schedule to the Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1975, published in Gazette 26 March 1975, No. 27, p. 656, for “Hinnes Tartan Place” read “Innes Tartan Place”, which latter-mentioned road description appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Transport.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1975.
