hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway from and
after the 10th day of April 1975.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for street and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a parking place, and shall vest
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Otahuhu from and after the 10th day of April 1975.
