PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is taken,
together with rights of way over the part coloured blue on
the plan endorsed on certificate of title, Volume 284, folio
51, and a right of way appurtenant to the land over the
parts coloured yellow on the said plan, all being created by
transfers 142373, 142374, and 142692 on the aforesaid cer-
tificate of title and subject to document Z.303, conditions of
consent, for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal
and Housing Improvement Act 1945, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington
from and after the 10th day of April 1975.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a State
Primary school the land described in the Schedule hereto and
to use the land for addition to the school playing area.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited at Tawa post office and
is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected
by the taking of the said land should, if they have any
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make
a written objection and send it within 40 days after the
first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of
the time and place of the hearing.
