Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VI, Tuapeka East Survey District, Tuapeka County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of February 1975, and published in Gazette, 27 February, 1975, No. 18, at page 373, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and vested in Block VI, Tuapeka East Survey District, Tuapeka County, by adding after the words “the First Schedule hereto” in the third and fourth lines, the words “which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tuapeka”. PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin; and also proclaims as closed the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also declares that the road first and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ronald David John Adams, of Waiuku, garage proprietor, and Zoe Dawn Adams, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage 244017.2, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ivy Kraljevich, of Waiuku, widow, as sole executrix.
