to be a member and Chairman of the Milk Prices Authority for a term of 3 years from 1 September 1974.

Revocation of Appointment of Supervising Officer (Resigned)
PURSUANT to sections 7 and 265 (a) of the Harbours Act 1950 and the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby revoke the appointment* of

as supervising officer for all the waters contained within, and all the waters fronting, the seaward boundary of the Buller County north of the south bank of the Buller River.

Revocation of Appointment of Coates Memorial Church Board and Appointment of New Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Coates Memorial Church Board as published in Gazette, 4 March 1971, No. 17, page 356, and Gazette, 16 December 1971, No. 100, page 2897, and appoints:

The district officer, Department of Internal Affairs, Auckland, or his deputy, ex officio.

The district architect, Ministry of Works, Auckland, or his deputy, ex officio.

A member of the Otamatea County Council representing the Matakohe Riding, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the County Council.

Sheila Marjorie Pryde (representing the Coates family).

A trustee of the Matakohe cemetery, under the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, to be appointed in that behalf by the trustees from their own number.

The vicar of the Anglican parochial district at Ruawai for the time being, or his deputy, ex officio.

The superintendent minister of the Paparoa circuit of the Methodist Church of New Zealand for the time being, or his deputy, ex officio.

Declaring Land Taken in the City of Lower Hutt for the Proper Development and Use Thereof in Accordance with the Operative District Scheme of the Council
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper development and use thereof in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Council, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, from and after the 3rd day of April 1975.

Declaring Land Taken for a Pleasure Ground in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by conveyance 51051 (83/904) for a pleasure ground; and that both the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 3rd day of April 1975.
