Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Takapuna City Council on the 17th day of December 1974:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Takapuna City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for a public hall and library site within the meaning of the said Act."
