Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Block
XI, Hororata Survey District, Malvern County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall,
when so closed, vest in Gordon Wright and Sons Limited,
having its registered office at Christchurch, subject to memo-
randum of mortgage No. 641564, 760897, 760898, and 939040,
Canterbury Land Registry.

Declaring Land and a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for
a Limited Access Road in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey
District, Manawatu County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares
that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered
into, the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road and the
leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said
Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Kenneth
Leslie Vile, of Ohakea, farmer, under and by virtue of
leasehold certificate of title No. C1/640 (lease No. 16A/45),
Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a limited
access road from and after the 20th day of March 1975.
