IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter

tion):
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of Section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held in the Boardroom, Fourth
Floor, U.E.B. Building, 8—14 Eden Crescent, Auckland, on
Friday the 11th day of April 1975 at 2.30 o'clock in the after-
noon for the purpose of having:

1. An account laid before it showing how the winding up
   has been conducted and the property of the company has

2. Further Business:
   To consider and if thought fit to pass the following
   resolution, namely:
   That the books and papers of the company and of the
