Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto and declares that the closed road described in the First Schedule hereto shall vest in Conny Tennant, of Takaka, housewife, and that the closed road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in Conny Tennant, of Takaka, housewife, subject to mortgage No. 154310, Nelson Land Registry, and that the closed road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Richard Everly Washbourn, of Nelson, an officer in Her Majesty's Navy, subject to caveat No. 138639, Nelson Land Registry.

Declaration That Part of the Hampden Bush Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve and Vesting in the Waipawa County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Hampden Bush Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and further, pursuant to the said Act changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a War Memorial Community Centre and vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipawa, in trust for that purpose.

Declaration That Part of the Hampden Bush Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Hampden Bush Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve subject as to part to the continuance of the deed of lease dated 10 October 1958 in favour of Victor Stanley Collins, of Tikokino, casual labourer.
