TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PORTION OF A SERVICE LANE AND TO TAKE LAND FOR SERVICE LANE

IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Taumarunui Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work namely the closing of portion of service lane as described in the First Schedule hereto and to take for service lane the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so affected is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situated in Huia Street, Taumarunui, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work who have any objections to this proposal, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Huia Street, Taumarunui.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Borough of Taumarunui, South Auckland Survey District, described as follows:

53.115 Part Allotment 27; coloured sepia on plan.
12.646 Part Allotment 27; coloured sepia and edged sepia on plan.
27.822 Part Allotment 24; coloured yellow on plan.
10.117 Part Allotment 30; coloured blue on plan.
45.527 Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 4458; coloured yellow on plan.

Same being more particularly delineated on plan S.O. 42901 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Borough of Taumarunui, South Auckland Survey District, described as follows:

37.939 Part Allotment 27; coloured sepia on plan.
7.588 Part Allotment 24; coloured yellow on plan.

Same being more particularly delineated on plan S.O. 43511 situated in Block 1, Piopiotea Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 26th day of February 1975 presented to the said Court by ARMAGHDOWN MOTORS LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 11 Princess Street, Palmerston North.
