Acquisition of Land for a Recreation Reserve

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT--WHANGAROA COUNTY MOTUKAWANUI No. 1 Block, situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District: area, 163.0883 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 261, folio 75 (M.L. Plan 9579). Motukawanui No. 2 Block, situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District: area, 191.4162 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 261, folio 99 (M.L. Plan 9579).

Animal Quarantine Ground at Waerengaโ€”Extension of Declaration (No. 1030 Ag. 70072)

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 of the Animals Act 1967, the land and premises described in the Schedule hereto are declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported horses from the 12th day of February 1975 to the 11th day of August 1975. This notice extends for a further 6 months the declaration dated 2 August 1974 published in New Zealand Gazette, 1974, at p. 1721.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 89 acres and 4.6 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan S. 5748, and part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 27165, and being part of Allotments 65, 69, 70A, 71, and 167, Parish of Whangamarino, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1714, folio 89, South Auckland Land Registry.

Notice Declaring a Quarantine Ground at Trentham (No. 1029 Ag. 70072)

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 of the Animals Act 1967, the land and premises of Wrightson N.M.A. Limited and Pyne Gould Guinness Limited sale grounds situated at the northern end of Racecourse Road, Trentham, comprising approximately 2.5 acres and known as "J and K Block" is hereby declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported horses from 1 March 1975 to 30 April 1975.

Declaring Quarantine Area at New Plymouth (No. 1026 Ag. 70073)

NOTICE is hereby given, that for the purpose of detention of imported hatching eggs under the Animals Act 1967, that the land and premises described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a quarantine area from 3 February 1975 to 17 July 1975.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing approximately 2835 hectares, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 9599, and being Part Section 14, Huirangi District, Block VII, Paritutu Survey District, certificate of title No. A3/724, Taranaki Land Registry.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1974-75 Season Declared (Notice No. 1028 Ag. 3328)

PURSUANT to section 27 (7) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for all apples and pears purchased by the Board from growers during the 1974-75 season shall be 7.475 cents per kilogram of bare fruit, ungraded and unpacked, and delivered by the grower to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1975, No. 1.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve the Rotorua County Council Lake Waters Control Bylaw 1971, No. 16, Amendment No. 4, 1974, as adopted at a special meeting of the Rotorua County Council on 12 November 1974 and confirmed by the council on 10 December 1974.
