Amending a Licence Authorising Tauranga Big Game Fishing Club (Inc.) of Tauranga to Erect and Use Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity amends the licence dated the 12th day of January 1971 authorising Tauranga Big Game Fishing Club (Inc.), of Tauranga, to erect and use electric lines (Gazette, 21 January 1971, p. 85) by deleting the present Schedule and substituting the following:
"SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding in a northerly direction underground beyond the licensee's premises to a private house and the caretaker's residence all being situated on Mayor Island, Bay of Plenty, as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 815 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

Declaring Land Owned by the Crown to be Vested in the Waikato Hospital Board
PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Waikato Hospital Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

Hospital Specified as Place at Which Narcotics May be Prescribed, Administered, or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Narcotics
PURSUANT to regulation 25A (6) (b) of the Narcotics Regulations 1966, the Minister of Health hereby specifies the hospital named in the Schedule hereto as a place at which narcotics may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on narcotics.

Exempting Crown Land From Mining Act
PURSUANT to section 24 (1) (a) of the Mining Act 1971 the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE Crown lands described in the following Schedules are hereby declared to be exempted from the provisions of the Mining Act 1971. Plans of the areas illustrating the localities are held by the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT-FIORD COUNTY
ALL that area, known as Secretary Island, containing approximately 8980 hectares and bounded as follows: on the north-east by Thompson Sound, on the south-west by Doubtful Sound, and on the north-west by the Tasman Sea.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
THOSE islands known as Solander Island and Little Solander Island, together with outlying islets, containing by estimation 120 hectares, approximately, and situated at 46° 34' south latitude and 166° 54' east longitude.

Authorisation of 1975 New Zealand Easter Show
PURSUANT to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires— "The Act" means the Exhibitions Act 1910;
"The promoter" means the Auckland Agricultural, Pastoral, and Industrial Shows Board;
"The exhibition" means a public exhibition of works of industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at the Epsom Showgrounds, Auckland, from Friday the 14th day of March 1975 to Tuesday the 1st day of April 1975, except on 16, 17, 23, 24, and 28 March when the exhibition will be closed, and to be known as the New Zealand Easter Show 1975. -
The exhibition is hereby authorised and declared to be an exhibition within the meaning of the Act.

Subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule hereto, the following provisions are hereby suspended in so far as they relate to work done or business conducted or services rendered in the said premises during the period of the exhibition, by or on behalf of the promoter, or by or on behalf of any exhibitor at the exhibition, or by any person employed in or about the exhibition, namely—such of the provisions of—
(a) The Industrial Relations Act 1973 and all collective agreements and awards in force thereunder;
(b) The Shops and Offices Act 1955; and
(c) The Factories Act 1946
as relate to the hours of commencing or ceasing work, or to the issue of permits, or to the payment for overtime, or extended hours, or to holidays and half-holidays, or to the closing of shops.
SCHEDULE

Forty hours shall constitute a week's work, to be worked on 5 days of the week, and 8 hours shall constitute a day's work in or about the exhibition, and with the exception set out in clause 2 hereof, the daily hours shall be worked consecutively.

No person shall be employed in or about the exhibition for more than 4 hours without an interval of at least three-quarters of an hour for a meal.

(a) Any person employed during any day in or about the exhibition who is employed on that day for more than 8 hours, or before the hour of 8 a.m, or after the hour of 10.30 p.m., or on any day in excess of 5 days per week (whether the excess employment is in or about the exhibition or otherwise) shall be paid for the excess employment at not
