Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block V, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin from and after the 6th day of March 1975.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Takapuna City Council on the 17th day of December 1974:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Takapuna City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said City, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for riverbank purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land shall be transferred by the Hawke's Bay County Council to Her Majesty the Queen for the purposes of the said Act as an addition to the Farndon Park Domain.
