Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for police purposes (residence) from and after the 6th day of March 1975.

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 1st day of November 1974, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 110, 7 November 1974, p. 2545, to be amended by omitting from the description of the land described therein the words "Tauranga County" and substituting the words "Waipa County".

Declaring a Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for State Forest Purposes in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Manga-maire Survey District, Rangitikei County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Nicholas Charles Koreneff, of Marton, sheep-herd, under and by virtue of an unregistered memorandum of lease dated the 16th day of December 1955 confirmed by the Maori Land Court of New Zealand, Aotea District, on the 24th day of September 1956, is hereby taken for State forest purposes from and after the 6th day of March 1975.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3721 acres situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Mangamaire Survey District, being Oruamatua Kaimanawa IV Block, and being all the land described in certificate of title No. 8B/1216, Wellington Land Registry.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the Borough of East Coast Bays

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to the agreements as to fencing contained in memoranda of transfer No. 313896 and 390217, North Auckland Land Registry, as from the 6th day of March 1975.
