TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Takapuna City Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928
to execute a certain public work namely the laying out and
construction of a service lane and for the purpose of such
public work the fee simple estate in the land described in
the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. The general
purposes for which the land to be taken is to be used are
the laying out and construction of a service lane. A plan
showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the
public office of the Takapuna City Council, Council Chambers,
Lake Road, Takapuna, and is there open for inspection. Every
person directly affected is called upon to set forth in writing
any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the
said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment
of compensation and to send the written objection within
40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace,
Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with
paragraph (d), subsection (1), section 6, Public Works Amendment Act 1973, a public hearing of the objection will be held
unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will
be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

coloured blue on survey office plan 47508, and being situated

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
The Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in
exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth
hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as
a special order to borrow the sum of seven million and thirty-
two thousand, eight hundred dollars ($7,032,800) as a special
loan to be known as Drainage Loan No. 85, 1974, $7,032,800,
for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of solids
treatment and disposal and power supply systems for Manukau
Sewage Purification Works.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 9
December 1974 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the
said authority on 17 February 1975 having meantime been
advertised in the Auckland Star on 25 January and 5 February
1975.
The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and
