Declaring Road in Block V, Waipu Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 33.4 perches (844 square metres) situated in Block V, Waipu Survey District, adjoining or passing through parts Allotment 42 and Allotment 562, Parish of Waipu; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28269 (S.O. 47434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway from and after the 27th day of February 1975.
