LAWRENCE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION CHANGING THE RATING SYSTEM
THAT the Lawrence Borough Council hereby resolves that,
pursuant to the provisions of section 11, subsection 2, sub-
clause (b) of the Rating Act 1967, that the Annual Value
Rating System, at present in force in the Borough of Lawrence,
be changed to the Capital Value Rating System, as and from
the 1st day of April 1975.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the
resolution passed by the Lawrence Borough Council at a
special meeting held on 27 January 1975.

BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Urban Renewal Loan 1974, $150,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Onehunga Borough Council hereby resolves that for the pur-
poses of providing the annual charges on a loan of $150,000
authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Act for
the purchase of properties and redevelopment of land within
the council's Comprehensive Urban Renewal Area, the council
hereby makes a special rate of 0.000204 cents in the dollar
upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the
Borough of Onehunga and that the special rate shall be
an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and be payable over a period of 30 years or until the loan
is fully paid off.
The foregoing resolution was passed by the Onehunga
Borough Council at its ordinary meeting held on Monday,
3 February 1975.
