Pursuant to section 447 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of missing persons has been filed in the offices of the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, and at the District Offices of the Maori and Island Affairs Department at Auckland and Wellington, and all Sub-Offices of the department where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Licensing Karl Norman Pajo, Alfred John Ashley, and Ernest Alfred Espiner to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Opunake
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Karl Norman Pajo, Alfred John Ashley, and Ernest Alfred Espiner (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Opunake as shown on plan marked M.D. 15494 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1975.
(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be twenty dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensees shall be one hundred dollars ($100); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising Fiordland Travel Limited to Occupy a Site for a Pontoon Jetty at Milford Sound
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers, of the Ministry of Transport in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the licence of 2 April 1974* authorising Fiordland Travel Limited to occupy a part of the foreshore at Milford Sound, as a site for a pontoon jetty, is hereby amended by inserting the symbols “and M.D. 15493” after the symbols “M.D. 14573” and deleting the word “plan” and substituting the word “plans” and by deleting from Condition 3 the expression “thirteen dollars ($13.)” and substituting the expression “sixty dollars ($60.).”

Approval of Motor-Cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1956
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 49 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purpose of regulation 29 of the said regulations, motor-cycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by F. Ferrentino Manufacturing Limited, Waihi, marked “Conquistador” and bearing the certification mark of the New Zealand Standards Association, N.Z.S. 1884 and the licence number 2097.
