The Traffic (Eketahuna County) Notice No. 1, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Eketahuna
   County) Notice No. 1, 1975.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
   purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area
   for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.

4. The Traffic (Eketahuna Borough) Notice No. 1, 1969,
   dated the 11th day of November 1969 under section 52 of
   the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic
   Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within
   Eketahuna Borough is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Eketahuna County at Eketahuna:

All those roads within the boundaries of Eketahuna County
Town (which county town was constituted pursuant to the
Local Government Commission Act 1967, by order dated the
25th day of November 1974, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, on the 28th day of November 1974, on
page 2725) excepting:

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
from a point 120 metres measured northerly generally along
the said highway from Alfredton Road to the southern

boundary of Eketahuna County Town, and from the northern
boundary of Eketahuna County Town to a point 20 metres
measured north-easterly generally along the said highway
from Macara Street; and

Cullen Street; and

High Street (from Cullen Street to Simpson Street); and

Septimus Street (from High Street to the western boundary
of Eketahuna County Town); and

Stanley Street (from Cullen Street to Simpson Street).

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Eketahuna County at Eketahuna:

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
from a point 20 metres measured north-easterly generally
along the said highway from Macara Street to a point
660 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said
highway from Macara Street.

The Traffic (Morrinsville Borough and Piako County) Notice
No. 1,1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Morrinsville
   Borough and Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1975.

2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
   excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
   52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area
   for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.

4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of
   regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

5. The Traffic (Morrinsville Borough and Piako County)
   Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 29th day of August 1974†
   under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation
   27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates
   to roads situated in Morrinsville Borough and Piako County
   is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Morrinsville Borough:

No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from the south-
western boundary of Morrinsville Borough to a point 320
metres measured north-easterly generally along the said State
Highway from the said boundary and from Seales Road to
the north-eastern boundary of Morrinsville Borough.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Morrinsville Borough and Piako County:

No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from a point 160
metres measured south-westerly from the south-western
boundary of Morrinsville Borough to a point 320 metres
measured north-easterly generally along the said State Highway
from the said boundary.
