Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 20th day of February 1975.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 27.7 perches situated in Block VIII, Gala Survey District, being part Run 160D; as shown on plan M.O.W. 26875 (S.O. 17520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow. Part Proclamation No. 7669 (New Zealand Gazette, 3 September 1959, No. 53, p. 1223).

Notice Declaring a Proposed Irrigation District, Defining its Boundaries, and Notifying the Charges Payable

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the area of land, the boundaries of which are defined in the First Schedule hereto, to be a proposed irrigation district to be known as "Maniototo Irrigation District", and hereby notifies that:

(1) The basic charge which will be payable in respect of all irrigable land commanded by the proposed irrigation scheme shall be $9.10 per hectare reducible over the first six irrigation seasons of supply to the charges set out in the Second Schedule.

(2) The water availability charges which will be payable for water supplied up to a depth of 750mm shall be $2.60 per 100 cubic metres received from gravity supply points and $3.35 per 1000 cubic metres received from pump supply points reducible over the first six seasons of supply to the charges set out in the Second Schedule.

(3) The extra water charge which will be payable for water supplied in excess of a depth of 750mm shall be $5.20 per 1000 cubic metres received from gravity supply points and $3.35 per 1000 cubic metres received from pump supply points.

(4) Commencing on and from the eighth season of supply the foregoing charges are subject to adjustment to conform with actual costs and the relevant pricing formula.

(5) A copy of the plan referred to in the First Schedule is deposited in the office of the Maniototo County Council at Ranfurly and is there open for inspection.

FIRST SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPOSED MANIOTOTO IRRIGATION DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Maniototo County, containing 25,000 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western side of the Otago Central Railway and the northern boundary of Town of Komako (Waipiata) and proceeding westerly along the northern boundaries of that town and southerly along the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XI, Maniototo Survey District, to the north-eastern side of Gimmerburn-Waipiata Road; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern side of that road and its production to the south-eastern side of Waipiata Patearoa Road; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern side of that road to a point in line with the southern side of O'Neill Road; thence generally westerly to and along the southern side of that road to the north-western corner of Section 13, Block XIV; thence southerly along the western boundary of that section and the production to the southern side of Waipiata Patearoa Road; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern side of that road to its intersection with the southern side of Greer Road; thence westerly along the southern side of that road to the north-western corner of Section 17, Block IV, Upper Taieri Survey District; thence southerly, westerly, and southerly again along the western, northern, and western boundaries of that section and Section 16, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-eastern side of Waipiata Patearoa Road; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of that road to a point in line with

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 24 perches situated in the City of Auckland and being Lot 65, D.P. 50356. All certificate of title No. 2B/198, North Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school from and after the 20th day of February 1975.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20.2 perches situated in the City of Auckland and being Lot 3 and Part Lot 2 of Section 6, Deeds Plan 1369. All certificate of title, Volume 582, folio 180, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights for a State Primary School in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in memorandum of acceptance K. 58698 and to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer 580742, North Auckland Land Registry, for a State primary school from and after the 20th day of February 1975.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 acres and 0.1 of a perch situated in the City of Manukau and being Lot 3, D.P. 44184. All certificate of title, Volume 1344, folio 15, North Auckland Land Registry.
